I thought I would never give up my 33's but I got the urge to get these 32's after hitting my friends club. I found them on E-bay since my pro could not order these from Mizuno they are only available now to their staff. They were brand new still in the wrappers with the 5.5 Rifle 1/4 in long just what I had before. I took them to Golftec and got fitted they ended up 1 upright. After 3 weeks I can say these are sensational irons! I have holed out with the wedge and have hit 6 more inside the leather. When I miss one it still seems to be near the green or on a ways away. When you pure these well if you hit the right club it is tight. By the way they look great, they are Mizunos. Very pleased.

My ball striking has always been good and I subscribed to the argument that a less forgiving club would make me concentrate on even better ball striking. These clubs ROCK! The feel compared to my Ping's is substantial. Shot dispersion is FAR less and they're more workable. The best is the feel at contact and ball flight. If you are coordinated these are worth buying!

I regularly play a foursome of younger friends in the 40's and 50's. Against professional advises I picked up the MP 67. The improvement in the playability started when I had it customized. My friends are now asking me to give them a plus. Feels like a hot knife slicing a butter...yes it does. Pick up a target on either side of the flag stick, yes it does. Draw, it can!

Before buying them I tried a few other brands; Ping, Cleveland, Cobra (that i remember), but I just couldnt get the solid satisfying hit I got with these. After a year of playing with them I can safely say it was money well spent. I just hope that they will last me another ten years. If not i'll prob go out and buy another set of them. These new clubs are very forgiving. After hovering in the low 80s I am now a 70s golfer because I can hit more than 5-7 GIR per round (more like 12+ now).

The distance gain is not much (+5 yds) except on the hybrids as I did not hit my 3/4 irons very well previously. The hybrids change that.

These clubs have great feel. My short game has improved due to better feel and more spin (easier to add spin).

It doesn't seem to matter how slow or fast you swing ... the connection is solid and you don't feel any vibrations, even on bad shots.

A very nice set of clubs indeed. Also, it is nice that a matching set of quality wedges can be purchased so you have a complete set of clubs that all feel the same.

My son started using mine a couple years ago, which of course left me looking for new irons. I thought maybe it was time to look at some type of cavity back (AGE THING) and see if that would help my game, u know, game improvment irons. Needless to say, I was wrong. I found my son a nearly new set of his own MP-33's, which meant I got mine back. I feel like a kid with a new toy. SO GLAD to get them back, good blades are hard to beat. I don't buy into all this bull about cavity backs being so great, just isn't true if your a decent ball striker. If you haven't tried this iron, I would recommend it. Spoke with a Mizuno rep and said the new Mizuno 68 is nearly a replica of the MP-33. If you haven't tried them, I would recommend. You won't regret it!!

Like any blade, they are not very forgiving. But on the flip side, these clubs have improved my game with great feed back (good and bad). I have improved my ball striking skills because I have to focus on the impact with the ball and iron more. Blades are not a scary as people make them and I feel they are a great teaching tool. When my iron shots are on, you can't beat the feel and responsiveness. I prefer less control and more feel because I think blades can make me a better player. Mizuno forged irons are great in feel and I recommend these clubs if you have the comfort with blades.

The ball flight is fantastic, the feedback is good (you really know when you don’t quite get all of the ball), miss hits are not a devastating as with my old clubs and my ability to shape shots (low, fade and draw) is much improved.

My scores have also reduced and with a little bit more practice I feel a big drop is just around the corner, that is if I can master the mental side of the game!! Overall, I would recommend the MP-52 range.

Get them fit for you, and get ready to hit some of the best iron shots in your life. I consistently hit these clubs longer than just about any other club made. The feel is like no other, as pure hits theres no need to look where your ball is going, as its gonna be perfect.

The weighting during a swing is very low and forces a nice smooth tempo. Ballflight is much lower for me than most game improvement clubs and very penetrating, and easy to work left or right. Spin is kind of high and allows you to go for the flag, as I can stop a 5 iron that hits most greens in a foot or two sometimes much less. There a little soft, so I wrap my towell around my irons to minimize bag chatter. Lofts and lies should be checked every year or two, as there easily corrected due to the forging. I have another set I am playing lightweight gs 75 shafts, there race, and posssibly longer yet and straighter due to the stiff flex, my other set is regular flex dg 300 and have a great feel with that shaft.

I tried these and a a set of Titleists (stiff shaft so not an entirely fair comparison) but these suited my swing much better. They are quite easy to 'shape' even with my dubious ability and feel extremely soft giving you instant feedback as to where the ball has gone if off target. The way the ball clicks off the face does give you confidence as it does not seem too harsh compared to other 'harder' clubs. Recently been shooting 6-7 shots lower and more consistently/confidently but this would be contributed both to a better quality of club than my previous 'non-branded' steel heads and the wisdom imparted on me my by my pro as well!
